Jonathan Sheril Company Commercial & Employment Law
Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has worked for a number of medium/large sized central London law firms in their company/commercial departments and banking teams. He also spent a few years working in industry for one of Europe’s largest suppliers of transport glass as its commercial director.
Jonathan specialises in advising on acquisitions and disposals of both private and public companies, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, distribution, franchise and agency agreements. He also advises on banking documentation, from straight forward personal guarantees through to facility letters, syndicated loans and security documentation.
Clients range from individuals to corporates, both UK and international based, including the USA, Italy, Germany and India.
Jonathan also advises on non-contentious employment matters, including drawing up employment contracts for employers, as well as acting for employees on employment issues.
