Philip Benjamin (Consultant) Employment Law, Company & Partnership
Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and has over 20 years' experience in private practice. In addition to his professional activities, he is a senior lecturer in law and is head of a university law team. He contributes to the teaching and development of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional law courses.
Philip's academic speciality is employment and discrimination law and he has made several television and radio appearances in connection with this topic. He holds a postgraduate masters degree in employment law and he has recently published a textbook on employment law and practice.
He was the former principal at Oakridge Law solicitors and is now delighted to be a member of the team at Yugin & Partners as a consultant, which will enable him to combine his professional and lecturing activities.
